Development of Women
 
   


Our focus here is on Women. Developing women in business for both senior management and board positions. There have been many recent reports about the lack of women on the FTSE 100 boardrooms. Some companies in Europe are opting for a quota approach to tackle the issue by 2015.

We would challenge not the sentiment of quotas indeed ‘ what gets measured gets done’ has been proven to be a business approach for many years. We challenge the lack of activity to deliver the quotas per say or in the right manner.

The majority of businesses have the right female talent...if they choose to look for it...in the right places. Often the operational backbone of a business is being managed by a higher % of females than we see in senior management or indeed on boards. Why?

We have proven experience of identifying, unlocking and developing that potential.

Our experience -Using a tailored CDN programme together with senior committed sponsorship from within the business 50% of the women on the programme gained promotion or are working towards and agreed goal within 6 months.
